Shipping, Delivery, and Returns
We ship artworks worldwide using trusted international carriers such as DHL and FedEx, selected based on destination and artwork requirements. Shipping options and fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and artwork specifications.
Delivery times vary depending on location, artwork format, and selected finishes. Once shipped, tracking details are provided by email.
International collectors are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. In certain cases, carriers may request additional documentation to complete customs clearance. If a shipment is not collected within the allowed customs timeframe, additional shipping charges may apply.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Essence Collection
Artworks from the Essence Collection are eligible for returns or exchanges within 15 days of delivery.
Returned artworks must be in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the collector.
Gold, Platinum, and Collector Collections
Artworks from the Gold, Platinum, and Collector Collections are custom made after order confirmation according to the selected size, finish, and framing.
For this reason, returns and refunds are not available once production has begun.
Each request is reviewed individually, and whenever possible, we strive to find fair solutions aligned with the nature of the artwork.
